I will never forget the first time I had my armpits waxed. Someone I knew at the time was in school to become an esthetician and needed a practice dummy. I did not mind as I have needed practice dummies for my own improvements and wanted to return the karma. She applied the wax and then the strip and then, I went, “OW!! What the bleep?!!! My FLESH is on that strip!!!”. Needless to say I never went back and I am good with my hairy armpits. Oh did your face turn up...EW hairy armpits🤬 ...lol Yes, hairy armpits are a woman’s most uncomfortable social mishap. Thanks to Harper’s Bazaar in the early 1900s hairy armpits became socially unacceptable. Even now if you’re a lady who does not rid yourself of armpit hair, you may feel as though your monkey in a headlock is rude.
The benefits of armpit hair is that it gets those special bodily aromas (chemicals) to the person of the opposite/same sex to notice you. They are our tentacles sending out special come and get me codes. And they offer axilla protection. Why would our armpits require protection??? Well the armpits are a major area for our lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are a function within our immune system that filters and responds to unknown small objects that our bodies can definitely do without. Axillary lymph nodes are extremely imperative when it comes to recognizing concerns of things like breast cancer, allergies, and toxin buildup. Once I learned that, I thought I should embrace my armpits instead of giving them the gas face😤. Most deodorants block our lymph nodes and clog pores which can lead to a build up of toxins and chemicals. Chemicals that can be associated with particles in the air or on our clothing and hair removal techniques like waxing, shaving, and hair removal creams. Many rituals used to “enhance” ourselves can take us out of our “natural” state and leave us vulnerable. Including what we do to our armpits. Our oxters have a quick absorption rate, it is like #3 after forehead and feet. Not to mention, it is a sensitive area because we have skin rolls that rub against one another. With pores, lymph nodes, follicles, and whatever else we will learn about, the skin is not the only point of entry under our underarms. Speaking of underarms, its dark and scary like the bottom of the sea, where we can find all types of creepy creatures. These minuscule organisms are what create the undesired fragrance we want to prevent. Which leads to the use of deodorants. Think back to a sweaty day playing hard as a youngster and an adult stated…”Pew, you need some deodorant!!”, an embarrassing moment and the gas face😤 given wasn’t delightful. On a normal day, you would not have smelled like all things spoiled. And yet you were made to wear deodorant anyway. Which we didn’t know like we know now, it is what made us easily identifiable as it makes room for other bugs, these pests bring into being a malicious foul scent. That is what ails us, not sweat. We have many sweat glands within our armpits. We know sweat is an elimination effort to rid the body of excesses and waste. Which is great for us🤗!! A natural detoxification process. Yet, we impede this process by clogging our pores and preventing our glands to do what they are suppose to do, 💦.

love the deotorant! as a believer in natural and nontoxic beauty products have tried numerous brands of natural deotorants and very few have provided lasting support and a fresh scent. the trial size is perfect to keep in workout and travel bags and the easy application makes for quick and seamless use. most importantly the honesty and transparency of the ingrediants is vital in adding this to dialy routine.
