How much 💵 do we spend going to the esthetician? What about the 💵 on products that will improve our face be it closing pores, tightening, toning, removing wrinkles and blemishes? Do we know that the body is a self healing machine as long as we provide it with the proper nourishment and minimize the not so good for our body stuff.
When I state, not so good for our body stuff, I mean eating foods that are not catered to our specific needs. ‘Healthy’ is not eating plenty of 🍉, 🌽, and 🥦. ‘Healthy’ is individually based. The best science mechanism is our bodies. Truthfully, I can’t recall the last time I ate anything green, it has been weeks. Mostly because by body has communicated to me that most fruits, grains, and vegetables are not beneficial to me. If one doesn’t feel right or have any discomfort including bloating, itching, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and on and on within two hours of consuming something, more than likely it is not for that individual. I met this elderly lady. She is Anglo American, probably sixty or so. She believed that the world was going to end and that the only safe place to be was Arizona. She carried around a refrigerator and all of her belongings and avocado was her main diet.😂...She looked at my face and blurted out, “Sugar causes worms in the face!”,😜 I laughed as that was the most ridiculous thing I’d ever heard🤔. I did not ignore her though. As I began to alter my eating habits, I limited my sugar to twelve teaspoons of sugar a day. Realizing that four grams of sugar equate to one teaspoon, I started reading the labels and drinking only one forth of a beverage instead of the whole thing. I do not add sugar to anything that has already been sweeten. I go for no sugar added and I am good with that. I am more than good. It is awesome. One day, I noticed my ‘crater’ face had gone away👋. Along with it were the blemishes and rash looked pimples. I tried many things and was told to give them time. Not to mention paying an esthetician to burst my own pimples,🤷♀️ that I can do myself. WTF??? I want instant results!!! Give it time???🙍♀️ NAW! And I am sure we all feel this way at some point.🤦♀️ It is instantly that the outer body reflects what is on the inside. Whether it be hormones, not eating for our specific needs, stress and many other factors the outer body will put us on notice. My problem is wheat and when I get too much of it, I will get a rash. I had this one bump practically my whole entire life. Sitting on my right wrist. I would go to the doctors and they would tell me that I need to moisturize more. I remember my mother taking me to the doctor as a child and he figured it was the flowers and such outdoors. When I began school to be a Health Coach, it was that moment when I started my first elimination process. The first item was wheat. After the allotted time had passed, so did my bump and many other rashes. That is how I know wheat is not for me. Wheat and I have an on and off relationship, I am on until I start to itch on my arms and then I am off. I notice that some pizzas will do it instantly, so I don’t indulge in all places 🍕anymore. Here is a 💆🏻♂️ mapping guide that can give one a bump in the right direction, (pun intended😏). Most areas refer to the stomach because the stomach is more than seventy percent of our immune system. In order of importance, like to think of it as the stomach, heart, and brain. Yes, in that order as our gut tuition is the best 🔧 for everything. Cleanse does not mean to go on any detox thing. Later I will blog about why we should not detox. Forehead: Liver and gallbladder, too much fat and/or excessive alcohol may cause breakouts in this area. First attempt a liver cleanse with hot water and a lemon for 3 days, while eliminating rich food intake, eat clean (meaning organic meat, fruits, and vegetables and eliminate any added sugars, caffeine, and alcohol). Between the eyebrows: Stomach and liver, poor digestion and toxic build up. If able fast for at least twelve hours and eat clean, during the fast process eliminate sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. The longer the fast the better. Take ginger or licorice tea and hot water and lemon. Temples and Brow line: Kidneys, dehydration or overworked kidneys. Citrus fruit will help for this area and plenty of water. Avoid caffeine. Under the eyes: Stomach, kidney, and/or liver, any above method will assist. Bridge of nose and Upper area of cheeks: Heart, reduce/eliminate processed foods, chicken, unhealthy/fatty cuts of meats, low fat foods, fried foods, and vegetable and seeded oils. Eat high quality cuts of meats (lean and 5oz), plenty of raw nuts, salmon, beets, beans and exercise. Middle-region of cheeks: Stomach and lungs, for the stomach any of the items mentioned above. For the lungs eat leafy green vegetables like chard, romaine lettuce, collard, mustard, or turnip greens. Lower cheek and nose: Liver and stomach try any the above methods. Also try the elimination diet. Go three weeks without eating a particular food associated with being an allergen or intolerance. Eliminating one at a time for three weeks to see if skin improves. Wheat and its products, corn and its products, eggs, soy, shellfish, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts cashews, almonds, and walnuts. Mouth region: stomach like digestive/constipation any methods mentioned above will work. Eat plenty of foods high in dietary fiber like beans. Jawline: Ovaries and/or colon, can be triggered by hormonal stress and eating fruits, grains, and vegetable that are considered high fructose like carrots, cabbage, corn, peaches, apples, pears, grapes, and watermelon just to name a few. reduce/eliminate chicken. Eat organic dairy, berries and vegetables that do not have thick skin. Exercise to control stress levels and get plenty of quality sleep. I definitely hope this information is helpful and creates the Ultimate Ripple Effect for you! Please share your thoughts, experiences, and feedback in the comments section. Kind Regards, M.E.
