It is that time of year when we think we do all we can to avoid getting the minor or serious bugs that begin to cling better than clothes dried without a dryer sheet, in the Fall (Yes, I made a 😆). They last all the way to Spring…at least that is what we tell ourselves. They truly exist in warmers months just not as fertile.
In order to avoid these pesky creatures we need to first understand how they exist. Picture a box nerds candy and then think of them on a hot summer day melting all over your leather seat. The sugar keeps them close to one another making them plentiful sticky and gooey. That is how germs are to our bodies and other ecosystems. Bacteria exist in clusters and as long as they they stick to one another, they can stick to you and invade your most frequent places. Scary, right? What are our most frequent places??? Places where things are easily entered, easily compromised, and easily dampened are habitats for many species. Don’t get it wrong our bodily ecosystems have plenty creepy crawlers that are naked to the human eye that maintain our safety. Some call it our microbiome. Now when an imbalance occurs or we are exposed to things our bodies have not had to armor against before it gets to be a challenge. Not to mention how we make it worse by grabbing medications so quickly at the first feeling of being compromised. So we slow down our healing process by doing the things we are conditioned to do. The first primal defense are our hands. Our hands touch every, any, and all things. Yet, we never pay attention to what we have touched and then before we know we are scratching, or rubbing our nose; putting food to our mouth, and maybe even groping our special place with our 🤢 ass fingers. Think about the 🖊 at the bank you used. So how many people for you touched it??? Hundreds at least. Now I know you’ve watched 🤢 ass people dig in their noses, pick their teeth, and scratch their asses. Someone of you may feel comfortable knowing that their exists someone just as 🤢 as your ass. Others like me are grossed out ew, they get the ⛽️😖. One good thing about when we feel ew or disgusted is that it activates our immune system. I am always disgusted, I wonder if that is why I am rarely 🤒. So now that you’ve touched the 🖊 that has nerds smeared all over it, those nerds are going to cling to the nerds that are already on your hands and it is a NERDS 🎉 (Yes, I made another 😆). It is not an issue until you eat, touch your nose, or special place where they can enter your nice and warm body. Now that they have invaded your entity your body will begin to shoot to kill them. So then you experience the symptoms. We are conditioned not to appreciate the nuances. We seek medications and we are thinking that will help, now they are only going to suppress the symptoms and confuse our minds and bodies. What should have ended in a week will last two or maybe three. The nerds 💕 this of course because the longer it takes your body to get rid of it, the more likely you can help them move around the world. So the moral to this story is to eat right, balanced, drink plenty of fluids and most importantly. Lay off the sugar when not feeling well and your 🤢 ass hands. Not sanitizer but soap and water for at least twenty seconds. Remember to share ❤️ not nerds.
