We should make time now! When we run out of time, we will want more of it…
My Uncle just died at forty-one. His sister, my biological mother died at forty-five. A year later my Aunt died at maybe forty-three, as I am not sure she made it her forty-fourth birthday. And this is just my maternal side. We are so uneducated when it comes to our health. We assume our doctors have the best intent to benefit us when it comes to our health. Some do and yet many do not. Where does that leave us? So quick to accept the prescription provided by the doctor. It is an easy fix. Is it really? No one takes the time to read the labels and then ask questions. We just pop and swallow. This is where time comes into play and patience leads to our best us. Take the time to reflect, chronic diseases many times are reflective of chronic emotional pain. Reconciling those past aches can have astonishing effects on your life. And you do not need the culprit(s) involved to heal. We have the ability to suppress our feelings. And many of us are conditioned to not express ourselves or taught it is not okay to get angry. Those are normal reactions to many situations. We feel, we think, we process, we believe, and then we start all over again. And it is never necessarily in that order. We cannot stop individuals form triggering us. Now we can find out why is it that we have trigger(s) in the first place. Why one may hoard anger, regret, guilt, being a victim, shame, sadness, and/or uncertainty? Most importantly one should not view her/hisself as a victim. Think about how one considering him/herself a victim can negatively impact his/her thoughts towards him/herself? What perception does one have for a victim? Think about it and that is how one perceives him/herself. Reconcile those woes! And it does not matter how old it maybe. That is the best answer, better than any prescription. And as long as we are compacted with all of that negative energy, we would have to work extra hard to absorb any positive energy. The positive energy will lead one to 🥰 his/herself. And then the love will flow to others. That is my peace for the day. I do apologize for the long break, Bio 150 and Intermediate Algebra with logarithms have taken over my thoughts and time lately. Please feel to comment, “like”, and share.
